Position: Pizza Maker

Job Summary:

The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality pizzas in line with company standards. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food and beverage (F&B) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure pizzas are cooked and presented in a consistent, high-quality manner.
• Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
• Follow portion control guidelines to minimize wastage.
• Support other kitchen operations when required.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar culinary role (F&B industry experience preferred).
• Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, baking techniques, and topping combinations.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
