Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Turkish Chef to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will specialize in authentic Turkish cuisine, bringing creativity and expertise to deliver high-quality dishes for VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a wide variety of traditional and modern Turkish dishes
• Plan menus and ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet 5-star standards
• Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, hygiene, and inventory
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Turkish Chef in luxury hotels, restaurants, or VIP residences
• Strong knowledge of Turkish cuisine and modern culinary techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver top-quality service
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Currently based in Qatar with transferable visa (preferred)
