Job description

We are seeking a skilled MEP Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP activities on-site, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
• Allocate work to technicians and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Ensure installation work aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards.
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations on-site.
• Assist in planning daily/weekly work schedules and material requirements.
• Inspect completed works and ensure quality standards are met.
• Report progress, issues, and manpower requirements to the MEP Engineer/Site Manager.
• Support testing and commissioning activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with the project team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP works (construction industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.
• Ability to lead a team of technicians and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
