We currently have a Business Services Specialist position available with our client, PKF Canberra. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a team member based in India.

Key Roles and responsibilities
We are in search of an individual who will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive services to our clients. This position offers exposure to various domains, including but not limited to:
- Expert Financial Reporting across a diverse range of business entities
- Skilful Tax Compliance for entities of various structures, alongside detailed advisory services
- In-depth Research into taxation and business matters
- Proficiency in widely used accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, BGL, etc.
To be considered for this role, your background should ideally include:
- Qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant
- Have at least 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a public practice accounting firm or any big firm post articles.
- 5+ years of Australian bookkeeping experience is a must.
- Proficient in Xero is ideal. Exposure to MYOB and QuickBooks is preferred.
- Experience in payroll is preferred.
- Knowledge of GST matters.
- Attention to detail concerning descriptions in accounting files, BAS work papers, payroll processes and month-end work papers.
- Xero Accreditation is recommended.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and adaptable attitude
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
