Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Placement Coordinator to lead our student placement and career development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting our skilled learners with top cybersecurity employers, providing career guidance, and ensuring every eligible student is job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct soft skills and employability training to enhance students’ communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ensure timely induction of all learners into placement training programmes.
  • Achieve a minimum of 10 student placements and 2 companies Onboarding per month by building strong employer relationships.
  • Coordinate and ensure high-quality delivery of both technical and soft skills sessions.
  • Identify and approach companies hiring cybersecurity professionals, and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Arrange mock interviews, real interview opportunities, and career coaching sessions for eligible learners.
  • Assess learner needs and tailor training content to improve employability outcomes.
  • Work closely with operations heads to align placement strategies and outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and reports.
  • Maintain and engage the RedTeam Alumni network, ensuring job opportunities are shared regularly.
  • Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, and tech events across branches.
  • Train and support newly joined team members in the Placement Department.
  • Maintain accurate records of batches, attendance, feedback, and performance assessments.
  • Coordinate with employers for interviews and follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in placement coordination, training, or recruitment (EdTech or training background preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and networking abilities.
  • Experience in career counselling, student engagement, or corporate outreach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
