Placement Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, patient, and organized Placement Coordinator to oversee the interview coordination process and map students to suitable job opportunities. This challenging role involves managing the entire interview process, maintaining effective communication between students and recruiters, and ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders. We are seeking someone who is dedicated and committed to working with us long-term to help create a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview Coordination : Organize and schedule interviews between students and companies, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
• Student Mapping : Identify, assess, and match students to suitable job roles based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Process Management : Track each stage of the placement process, from application through to offer, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed records of interviews, feedback, and placement statuses. Generate periodic reports for management review.
• Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with both students and company partners (CRMs) to enhance placement outcomes.
• Issue Resolution : Address any issues or concerns that arise during the interview process, proactively managing challenges and providing solutions.

• Skills :
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with students and employers.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet management, Google Suite, and other tracking tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency in process management.

Job Type: Intern + Full Time

CTC : 3 - 6 Months of Internship with 25k, After that upto 4.5 LPA

Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
