Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Staffing Specialist who specialises in business development and talent acquisition at our Mangalore office.   • Business Development: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, business objectives, and industry dynamics. Actively pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.
  • Profile Mapping & Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates. Map candidates to client requirements, ensuring an optimal fit for both parties.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from crafting job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to conducting interviews.
  • Data Analytics: Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to assess process efficiency and effectiveness, making data-driven improvements to recruitment strategies.
  • Client Relations: Deliver outstanding client service by providing insights and updates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and needs

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (B2B sales)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or staffing, with a strong emphasis on business development within the HR sector.
  • Excellent communication in English, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Proven track record of successful placements, with a deep understanding of multiple industries and positions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Preferred Skills, In-depth knowledge of contemporary recruitment trends and practices to attract top tier talent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
