1. Schedule Development
- Create detailed schedules using Primavera P6 for maintenance, shutdown, and project activities.
- Break down job scopes into activities with proper durations, logic links, and resource loading.
- Develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) aligned with SABIC standards.
- Integrate contractor schedules into a unified master schedule.
2. Progress Monitoring
- Update schedules daily/weekly based on actual progress.
- Track activity completion, delays, constraints, and critical path changes.
- Maintain accurate baseline vs. actual comparisons.
- Generate S‑curves, histograms, and progress dashboards.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with planning, maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors.
- Participate in daily progress meetings and provide schedule updates.
- Highlight risks, slippages, and required corrective actions.
- Ensure all schedule data aligns with SABIC procedures and reporting formats.
4. Shutdown / Turnaround Support
- Prepare detailed shutdown execution schedules.
- Track progress in real time during shutdown windows.
- Support field teams with updated look‑ahead schedules.
- Ensure all critical path activities are monitored closely.
5. SAP Integration
- Review work orders, notifications, and job confirmations in SAP PM.
- Align SAP work orders with P6 schedules.
- Coordinate material readiness and PR/PO status with planning teams.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly schedule reports for management.
- Maintain schedule files, baselines, and revision histories.
- Support audits and post‑shutdown performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–7 years experience as a Scheduler in petrochemical, refinery, or SABIC environment.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SAP PM.
- Experience in maintenance, shutdown, and project scheduling.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and critical path analysis skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, job scopes, and BOMs.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Familiarity with SABIC safety and operational procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure during shutdown peaks.
