PLANNING ENGINEER OIL AND GAS

Job Purpose: Develop and maintain project schedule for compressor replacement works using Primavera P6, with specific focus on shutdown scheduling and turnaround critical path management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project schedule using Primavera P6
• Shutdown scheduling specialist – critical path analysis for turnaround
• Track project progress, delays, and recovery schedules
• Monitor manpower histogram and resource loading
• Earned Value Management – SPI/CPI tracking
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
• 2-3 week lookahead planning and daily progress measurement
• Interface milestone alignment with SASREF shutdown windows

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 7+ years EPC planning experience with 5+ years in KSA
• Minimum 3 years shutdown/turnaround scheduling in KSA refineries
• Primavera P6 expert-level proficiency
• Brownfield project scheduling experience (SABIC/Aramco)
• Understanding of SIMOPS constraints and live refinery logistics
• Transferable Iqama

Preferred:

• SASREF or SABIC refinery planning experience
• Cost loading and resource planning expertise

Salary Range: SAR 15,000 – 25,000/month
