Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Planning professional with strong hands-on exposure to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Production Planning. This role is critical in driving end-to-end planning solutions using Infor platforms for complex manufacturing and supply chain environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, strong business process understanding, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning

  • Design and manage demand forecasting models using Infor tools
  • Analyze historical sales, market trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to align demand plans
  • Manage forecast bias, forecast accuracy (MAPE), and demand exceptions
  • Support S&OP / IBP processes

Supply Planning

  • Develop and optimize supply plans to meet demand at optimal cost and service levels
  • Perform capacity planning, constraint management, and scenario simulations
  • Balance inventory, service levels, and production constraints
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams

Production Planning

  • Create and manage Master Production Schedules (MPS)
  • Drive MRP / DRP planning and execution
  • Ensure optimal utilization of shop-floor capacity and resources
  • Manage production exceptions, shortages, and schedule adherence
  • Support continuous improvement in planning and execution processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in Demand, Supply, and Production Planning
  • Strong understanding of:
  • S&OP / IBP
  • MRP, DRP, BOM, Routings
  • Capacity Planning & Constraints
  • Inventory optimization
  • Experience in manufacturing domains (Discrete / Process / Hybrid)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS)
  • Knowledge of KPI dashboards, forecasting accuracy metrics
  • Experience working in global / multi-plant environments

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months
