Administrative Planning Engineer – Construction Projects
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

We are hiring an Administrative Planning Engineer to support our construction projects with expert project scheduling, documentation, and reporting. This role is perfect for engineers who are detail-oriented and have hands-on experience with Primavera P6, contract management, and procurement processes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain all project documentation, correspondences, and records with precision.
• Prepare and analyze project schedules and timelines using Primavera P6.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare technical reports for stakeholder communication and evaluation.
• Review contracts, LPOs, and payment approvals, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Lead project coordination by preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and progress updates.
• Perform delay analysis and make recommendations on variation orders to keep projects on track.
• Prepare quality documentation, inspection reports, and progress dashboards for management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE construction experience in project scheduling and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to manage project files, correspondences, and approvals.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for project planning, tracking, and analysis.
• Familiarity with contract management and procurement process for reviewing LPOs and payment slips.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to engage with project stakeholders and senior management.
• Ability to conduct accurate site inspections, prepare clear action plans, and manage quality documentation.
• Decisive problem-solver with a strong understanding of variation orders and delay analysis.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
