Job Purpose:

Independently manages the scheduling of project tasks, updates progress, and supports forecasting. Enhances project outcomes by ensuring planning accuracy and early identification of risks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed baseline and revised schedules in Primavera P6 for medium-scale projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and update schedules with verified actual progress.
  • Conduct critical path analysis to determine project health and highlight concerns.
  • Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules for internal use.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with earned value metrics and variance analyses.
  • Liaise with site teams to validate physical progress and align it with schedule status.
  • Escalate potential delays or sequencing issues to senior planners with mitigation proposals.
  • Support claim preparation by providing accurate as-built vs baseline comparisons.
  • Collaborate with cost control and contract teams to align time and cost impacts.
  • Maintain full transparency and traceability of schedule data and changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • minimum 5 years of planning experience in engineering or construction projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel; Power BI knowledge preferred.
