We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team for our new projects (Fitout & Finishing) based in Ethiopia (Africa).

Position Details

• Location: Ethiopia
• Mobilization: Within 20–30 days
• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Ethiopia

Key Requirements

• Experience: 7–12 years in planning and scheduling of large-scale residential, commercial, and luxurious high-budget villa projects (fit-out & finishing works) — preferably in GCC or international markets.
• Expertise: Proven record in preparing baseline programs, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and recovery plans.
• Project Control: Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, material tracking, and reporting using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Coordination: Ability to work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of civil, architectural, interior fit-out, and MEP works with respect to planning and sequencing.
• Software Proficiency: Excellent command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel for advanced planning and reporting.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (BE/B.Tech) from a recognized university.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting abilities.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum notice period: 20–30 days).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
