Planning Engineer

Project Planning & Scheduling:

• Prepare and maintain project master schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity sequencing for fit-out projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports for management and clients.
• Assist in resource planning, ensuring availability of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with project managers, design teams, and site engineers to ensure alignment of schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to track deliveries, installation schedules, and dependencies.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, risks, and schedule updates.

Documentation & Analysis:

• Maintain and update project records, including schedules, progress charts, and site diaries.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify potential risks impacting timelines.
• Assist in project close-out documentation, including as-built schedules and lessons learned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
