The Planning Engineer is crucial in the construction and building industry, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and within the stipulated timeframes. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to oversee the planning and scheduling of construction activities. The Planning Engineer will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to develop comprehensive project plans that align with the overall objectives of the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate software tools.
  2. Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of project timelines and deliverables.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues that may impact the schedule.
  4. Prepare regular progress reports and present them to stakeholders.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  6. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
  7. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
  8. Facilitate communication among project teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  9. Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with standards.
  10. Provide support in the development of project proposals and bids.
  11. Develop & maintain & update cash flow and labor histogram.
