1. Project Scheduling & Planning

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Prepare baseline schedules, ensuring alignment with scope, contract requirements, and project objectives.
  • Define WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), activity sequencing, durations, and dependencies.
  • Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and highlight schedule constraints or delays.

2. Resource & Cost Loading

  • Perform complete resource loading (manpower, equipment, materials) in the project schedule.
  • Execute cost loading for all activities and align cost plans with project budgets.
  • Monitor actual vs. planned cost and resources, providing variances and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Contracts teams to update cost reports and cash flows.

3. Progress Monitoring & Control

  • Track and record weekly and monthly project progress.
  • Update actual progress in P6 and analyze impacts on overall schedule.
  • Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks; propose mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Prepare recovery schedules, where required.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Generate detailed progress reports, look-ahead plans, S-curves, histograms, and dashboards.
  • Provide earned value management (EVM) reports (CPI, SPI, etc.).
  • Present schedule updates during project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain all planning-related documentation in compliance with company standards.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams to collect progress data.
  • Support Project Manager with planning insights for decision-making.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding schedule deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
