We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic Planning Engineer to join our Project Department. If you thrive on optimizing timelines, managing resources, and ensuring complex projects cross the finish line on time and within budget, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor site progress, identify potential delays, and propose "catch-up" plans to keep projects on track.
  • Resource Management: Analyze resource requirements (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure optimal allocation.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including S-curves, histograms, and KPIs for senior management.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify critical path risks and work with the technical team to resolve bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
  • Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal departments to align project milestones.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of planning experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Utilities, or MEP sectors.
  • Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical Mindset: A knack for data analysis and a deep understanding of project management methodologies (CPM, PERT).
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) to bridge the gap between site teams and stakeholders.
