Planning Engineer

PLANNING ENGINEER(4–6 Years Experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Project Scheduling — Prepare & update schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Progress Tracking — Monitor daily/weekly/monthly progress & prepare reports.
• Baseline Control — Maintain baseline schedules & progress measurement systems.
• Reporting — Develop analytical reports & dashboards.
• Coordination — Coordinate with project managers, site teams & subcontractors.
• Workflow Knowledge — Support planning activities with understanding of construction workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering Degree — Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Experience — 4–6 years in project planning/scheduling.
• Software Skills — Primavera P6 / MS Project proficiency.
• Excel & Reporting — Strong Excel & reporting capability.
• Analytical Skills — Strong problem‑solving & data analysis.
• Communication — Good coordination & communication skills.
• Adaptability — Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Industry Fit — Experience in construction/MEP/industrial project environments preferred.

PREFERRED

• UAE experience is a must
• Immediate to 30‑day joiners preferred
• Candidates with experience in MEP, fabrication, construction support, industrial projects are highly desirable
