- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction projects, including villas, residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress reporting.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and other planning and reporting tools.
- Ability to prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and project progress updates.
- Strong understanding of critical path analysis, resource allocation, and project performance monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and revised project schedules as required.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances, delays, and potential risks.
- Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to collect progress data and ensure schedule accuracy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource utilization against planned targets.
- Support the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis when required.
- Ensure project planning activities comply with contractual requirements and company procedures.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning-related recommendations for improved project performance.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling and reporting.
- Familiarity with UAE construction practices, project controls, and contract requirements.
- Experience in preparing executive reports and project performance analyses.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
