Planning Engineer

Role Description

1. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6

2. Monitor contractor and subcontractor progress; prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with graphs and critical path analysis

3. Identify delays, deviations and risks; recommend corrective actions to clients and management

4. Conduct site visits to verify progress and validate schedule compliance.

5. Support delay analysis, claims assessments, and evaluation of variations

6. Collaborate with project teams, clients and contractors to ensure timely communication and effective coordination.

7. Maintain accurate records of schedules, reports and supporting documentation for project audits and closeout.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

2. Well versed in Primavera P6

3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction with minimum of five years of experience in Abu Dhabi

4. Excellent communication and organizational skills

5. Experience working in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred

6. Experience with mega projects is highly preferred

7. Candidate currently in UAE is mandatory

Exact salary offer will be determined based on qualifications and experience and discussed during the interview.

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
