Key Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling: Develop, update, and maintain detailed baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Progress Monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress on-site, perform variance analysis, and identify critical path activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present professional periodic progress reports (Weekly/Monthly), histograms, and S-curves for management and clients.
- Resource & Cost Loading: Assist in resource allocation and cost loading to optimize project performance and tracking.
- Coordination & Risk Management: Coordinate effectively with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to identify potential delays and implement mitigation plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Management).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in Construction
- Language: Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory. All reporting, documentation, and professional communication will be conducted in English.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel.
- Key Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and great communication skills.
