Planning Engineer – Civil

• Position: Planning Engineer – Civil
• Location: Main Office
• Experience: 3–5 years in civil/infrastructure projects, preferably within the UAE
• Key Skills: Primavera P6, project scheduling, tender planning, resource planning, and familiarity with pipeline Contracts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, and MS Excel
• Proven experience in both tendering and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project-level work breakdown structures (WBS), activity lists, logic networks, and critical path analyses.
• Coordinate with project teams to update progress data, resource utilization, and schedule forecasts.
• Prepare and issue periodic progress reports, lookahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Assist in developing cash flow forecasts, manpower histograms, and resource curves.
• Participate in tender review meetings and analyze tender documents to identify planning and scheduling requirements.
• Develop tender-level construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and preliminary methodologies for bid submissions.
• Support post-tender clarifications and presentations to clients.
