Planning Engineer - Civil

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer (Civil) to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely completion of all project activities in line with contract requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6) and/or MS Project.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to track progress.
• Analyze project performance and identify schedule risks or delays.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and recovery schedules as needed.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and sequencing.
• Assist in resource and cost loading within the project schedule.
• Attend progress meetings and present schedule status and updates.
• Support tender and estimation teams with baseline schedules and planning inputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within a civil contracting environment in the UAE.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, and sequencing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
