Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer – Façade & Aluminum to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for façade, aluminum, and glazing works.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, design teams, and site engineers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and completed within approved timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project for façade and aluminum works.
• Develop baseline programs, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Track project delays, identify critical path activities, and recommend recovery plans.
• Coordinate with site engineers, design teams, procurement, and subcontractors for schedule alignment.
• Update project schedules based on actual site progress and changing project conditions.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and supporting documentation.
• Support tender planning, bid preparation, and pre-contract scheduling when required.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, milestones, and project deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in façade, aluminum, curtain wall, or glazing projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems such as curtain wall (unitized & stick), cladding, and glazing systems.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with UAE consultants, contractors, and project environments.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE experience is mandatory (experience in Al Quoz or industrial areas is an added advantage).

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

• Experience in large-scale façade or high-rise building projects.
• Familiarity with contract conditions (FIDIC) and claims management.
• Knowledge of reporting dashboards and project tracking tools.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
