Planning Engineer ( Landscaping Projects)

TWL is seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with 4+ years of experience in landscaping or construction projects to prepare, monitor, and maintain project schedules, reports, and resource plans for residential and commercial landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline programs, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in line with the project management plan
• Develop resource plans including cash flow and manpower histograms
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims
• Sequence construction activities, analyze delay events, and monitor progress
• Update project programs weekly and monthly
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project reports
• Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status updates
• Develop and maintain master schedules, track submittals, material deliveries, procurement logs, and daily follow-ups
• Perform productivity measurements and implement corrective measures
• Support Technical and Commercial Manager with project administration, meetings, documentation, and workflow updates

Requirements

• Proven work experience in landscaping or related construction projects
• Experience managing residential and commercial projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Office, and MS Excel
• Strong organizational, data management, and reporting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, MEP, or related field
• Valid UAE Driving License
