Project Manager ( Landscaping experience )

PTWL is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Landscaping Projects with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to lead and deliver landscaping projects across residential and commercial sectors. The role involves full responsibility for project execution, procurement, administration, team leadership, and client coordination to ensure successful project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution, procurement, and administration of all aspects of landscaping projects
• Develop and implement project action plans, work schedules, procurement plans, and material purchase requests
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate projects from initiation to completion in coordination with the operations team
• Ensure project activities are executed as per schedule, budget, and contractual requirements
• Oversee site staff, field personnel, and subcontractors, ensuring performance and productivity
• Analyze project situations, evaluate options, and make timely decisions to resolve issues
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope with clients while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Lead and supervise all project processes, operations, and site activities
• Track project expenses and maintain budget control and cost monitoring
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational
• Develop, implement, and enforce project procedures and workflows
• Conduct regular site and facility inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and manage repair, installation, and corrective works as required
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in landscaping projects or similar construction roles
• Strong experience managing residential and commercial landscaping projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field
• PMP Certification is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
• Strong documentation, typing, and data organization skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car are mandatory
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
