Lord Krishna Builders is a growing construction company committed to delivering high-quality residential projects with precision and integrity. We are currently expanding our operations with a new flat project in Trivandrum.

Job Role: Planning Engineer

As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the complete planning and execution of our upcoming flat project in Trivandrum. You will work closely with the site team, management, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of the project, from groundbreaking to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive work schedule, detailing start and end dates for each phase.
  • Break down daily tasks and allocate work efficiently among workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure daily site operations are progressing according to the schedule.
  • Arrange and manage the workforce, ensuring optimum productivity and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers and management for necessary approvals and updates.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily progress and prepare a completion report at each milestone.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
  • Ensure project tracking and documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with clients, collect feedback, and obtain testimonials upon project completion.
  • Be fully involved in the entire lifecycle of the project – from the first dig to handover.
  • Monitor costs, resources, and material requirements aligned with the timeline.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to adapt schedules as needed.

Project-Specific Goals:

  • Trivandrum Project: Complete the flat construction within 2 years.
  • Perinchery Project: Achieve the sale of 3 flats within the project timeline.
  • Poonkunnam Project: Prepare for the villa project launch in February by assisting in early-stage planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera (P6 or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of construction planning, project tracking, and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Experience in residential or infrastructure project planning is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage timelines under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
