The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Leads and is accountable for planning across portfolios, ensuring projects and tenders are effectively scheduled, monitored, and delivered. Implements business planning and project controls procedures, driving performance on complex projects and business units to achieve successful outcomes.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage planning and scheduling delivery for complex projects and programmes.
• Apply EVM and project controls methodologies to drive performance.
• Provide clear analysis, corrective measures, and client communication.
• Lead planning teams, offering direction, coaching, and career development.
• Inspire individuals to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Support senior management in negotiations and business development.
• Create plans and analyse trends using statistical techniques.
• Collaborate on net zero carbon transition and proactive emissions management.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• 15+ years’ experience leading major programmes and large teams.
• Advanced technical mastery with strong stakeholder influence.
• Proven expertise in risk-based decision-making and process optimisation.
• Skilled in shaping standards, processes, and performance across functional areas.
