Job Title: Planning Manager (Buildings)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager (Buildings) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and scheduling function for building construction projects, ensuring projects are executed within the set timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee project schedules for building projects using Primavera P6.
• Lead and guide the planning team to align schedules with project objectives.
• Monitor progress against baseline programs and prepare updated schedules and progress reports.
• Identify potential delays, analyze their impact, and propose recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Develop resource- and cost-loaded programs to support project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and project milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years of planning experience in building construction projects (high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use).
• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of project management and contractual requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC experience in buildings is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
