Planning Manager

Seeking profiles for the role of Planning Manager for our client.

Industry: Plastic / Packaging

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Port Qasim

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Develop production plans aligned with sales forecasts and inventory targets.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource availability.
• Monitor daily production performance and adjust plans to meet delivery timelines and efficiency goals.
• Manage dispatch and logistics planning to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Analyze capacity utilization, material requirements, and production bottlenecks to optimize operations.
• Prepare and present regular production and performance reports to senior management.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Lead, train, and motivate the planning and production coordination teams to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/BBA/BE
• 6–8 years of experience in production planning within the plastic or packaging industry.
• Proven expertise in production scheduling, capacity planning, and coordination with operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
