Responsibilities
- Responsible for construction cost/planning and scheduling management.
- Responsible for organizing, managing and coordinating disciplines at construction site.
- Responsible for plant construction goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well trained and motivated staff.
- Providing project cost / planning and scheduling leadership for construction.
- Ensuring full implementation of project control systems.
- Preparation of project control plan for project in accordance with procedures and objectives.
- Providing project control summary to relevant stakeholders.
- Working closely with the project team assisting and guiding on any project control / planning issues.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in an engineering or equivalent discipline (B.S. degree is much preferable).
- Advanced reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in English.
- Good oral communication skills (meetings with contractors, senior authority management, technical disciplines).
- Post graduate degree highly preferable in relevant discipline.
- Proven track record in oil & gas field.
- Over 10 years of work experience in a Planning or Project Controls capacity working on large scale projects.
- Thorough experience and understanding of planning and scheduling, cost estimation and control.
- Middle East experience preferable.
