We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with over 15 years of professional experience
to lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hotel developments and high-rise tower projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using recognized planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6).

Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource-loaded programs.

Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with the project schedule.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis.

Conduct delay analysis

recovery plans, and extension of time (EOT) assessments when required.

Review contractor schedules and ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual requirements.

Support project management in cost control, forecasting, and risk management.

Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to improve efficiency and delivery timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.

Proven experience in luxury hotel developments and high-rise tower projects.

Strong expertise in Primavera P6, project scheduling, and delay analysis techniques.

Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preferred:

Experience working on large-scale international or mega projects.

Professional certifications related to planning or project management (PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
