Planning & Preventive Maintenance Engineer

The Qatar National Cement Company Planning & Preventive Maintenance Engineer role focuses on maintaining reliability and uptime of cement plant equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance systems.

Main Job Responsibilities

Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance activities

Manage equipment inspections, lubrication, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring

Use SAP/CMMS systems for maintenance planning and reporting

Analyze equipment failures and improve reliability

Coordinate with operations, procurement, and engineering departments

Handle spare parts planning and inventory optimization

Supervise maintenance teams and contractors

Support shutdowns, kiln systems, crushers, conveyors, grinding, and packing plant maintenance

Prepare maintenance budgets, reports, and technical evaluations.
