About the Role:

We are seeking a bilingual (English + Spanish) Planning & Product Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic planning to production, quality control, and sales support. This role requires a strong background in product management, supply chain coordination, and knowledge of apparel production and development while ensuring alignment with brand goals. The ideal candidate has experience working with international and domestic vendors, apparel production, sourcing of fabric and components, development of new product, and is skilled in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning, Reporting & Data Analysis

• Develop and implement strategies for product planning and management.
• Conduct forecasting and analysis to align with business goals and insure availability of stock uniform pieces
• Monitor financial targets, ensuring alignment with budgets.
• Maintain dashboards tracking brand performance
• Provide weekly updates on collections (trends, colors, styles, sales performance).

Order & Production Management & Quality Control

• Provide details to purchasing department for processing of orders.
• Communicate with factories and oversee production timelines with vendors
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment, from PO details to shipment schedules.
• Coordinate custom product requests, sample approvals, and production follow-ups.
• Ensure quality control through size chart approvals, fit tests, and adjustments

Fabric & Inventory Control

• Track and manage fabric inventory, costs, and invoices.
• Place orders and follow up on approvals for color and quality.

Sales Support

· Assist the sales team with all Brand product questions and inquiries

· Provide availability, delivery times, coordinate samples

· Handle all quality issues

Fashion Development

• Oversee concept development, mood boards, and trend forecasting.
• Create and update tech packs, ensuring detailed specs for production.
• Manage prototyping, fit testing, and final sample approvals.

Importation & Logistics

• Prepare Invoices and Verify import documents (costs, duties, certificates of origin).
• Work with logistics partners (e.g., FedEx) to manage shipments.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bilingual in English + Spanish (Required)
✅ 5+ years of experience in product management, planning, or fashion development
✅ Experience working with international and domestic vendors and manufacturers
✅ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards
✅ Knowledge of fashion design, fabrics, and technical specifications
✅ Experience in import/export logistics and production timelines
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Experience:

• Background in apparel, accessories, or fashion-related industries
• Familiarity with supply chain or inventory management tools
• Knowledge of quality control standards and grading processes
