Job Title: Construction Project Executive

Department: Project Planning & Coordination

Experience: 2 to 3 years in construction planning or project coordination

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project & Planning Professional to oversee project execution, ensure timely delivery, manage planning documentation, and handle statutory approval activities across ongoing and upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, coordination, compliance, and quality management within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Support and monitor planning activities including due diligence, JV documentation, and internal process tracking.
  • Track technical milestones such as contour surveys, soil tests, and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain and update project tracking sheets with approval statuses and progress data (RERA, permits, etc.).

2. Statutory Compliance & Approvals

  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain application schedules for all statutory approvals including:
  • Airport NOC, PCB (Initial & Final), Fire NOC (Initial & Final), Environmental Clearance, Sanction Drawings,Structural Stability Certificates, Building Permits, Completion Certificates, Power, Water & Gas Connections.
  • Liaise with consultants, legal teams, and government departments to ensure timely clearances.
  • Track and report deviations in timelines and escalate delays or risks proactively.

3. Data & Documentation Management

  • Maintain accurate and organized project data in trackers and centralized folders (digital & physical).
  • Generate weekly and monthly planning reports for management review.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with Design, Estimation, and Project Execution teams to align planning deliverables.
  • Share technical readiness updates relevant to project progress (not for marketing or sales use).

5. Project Launch & Handover Support

  • Coordinate technical readiness for project launches (RERA filing, documentation, etc.).
  • Track closure deliverables like completion certificates and service connection approvals.
  • Support handover documentation and operational readiness planning.

6. Handover & Facility Onboarding

  • Manage final approval processes, documentation, and service connections.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility management services (cleaning, security, caretaker appointments).
  • Support training and orientation for caretakers and internal teams to ensure smooth post-handover operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project planning or coordination.
  • Strong understanding of statutory approval processes and real estate project documentation.
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
  • MBA or Project Management Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and planning tools (Primavera/MS Project) preferred.
