Planning & Scheduling Engineer – Fabrication Projects

Objective:

To develop and control the master schedule for the fabrication customized generator canopies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the project’s detailed production schedule.
• Track daily progress and compare it against baseline plans.
• Forecast material and manpower needs and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and Gantt charts.
• Support procurement in identifying lead-time items.
• Raise early warning alerts to management in case of delay risks.
• Participate in internal planning reviews and client progress meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years' experience in industrial project scheduling.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of fabrication workflows and machine capacities.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving attitude.

• On-schedule delivery adherence
• Timeliness of reporting and updates
• Accuracy of material and manpower forecasts
• Delay mitigation and response effectiveness
