Planning Specialist

As Omega Motor continues to grow by making significant investments in asynchronous motor production, we are seeking a Planning Specialist to work at our factory located in the Asian side of Istanbul, who possesses the following qualifications.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the Industrial Engineering department of a university,
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning,
• Proficient in ERP production management and material management modules, (preferably IFS)
• Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills,
• Team player with advanced problem-solving skills,
• Proficient in English,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Residing in the Asian side of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure coordination between production planning and the sales department,
• Experienced in capacity planning and stock optimization in a multi-level product tree structure,
• Create production plans for relevant production units and monitor compliance with plans,
• Manage the stock of raw materials and consumables used in production,
• Coordinate with the purchasing department for supply planning,
• Support the preparation of reports by regularly evaluating production results.
