Job Summary:
BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled Planning Team Leader to oversee planning and scheduling activities across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead the planning team, ensure effective project controls, and support timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning team for multiple projects.
  • Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project).
  • Track project progress and prepare reports, forecasts, and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and reporting requirements.
  • Support claims analysis and delay assessments when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
