About the Role

The Planning Transformation Manager will play a key role in driving the end-to-end transformation of Supply Chain Planning activities across EMEA as part of Project Catalyst. This role will enable capability centers to adopt digitized, standardized, and automated planning processes while improving decision-making, reducing duplication, and building long-term planning capabilities.

You will act as a core partner to global transformation teams, consultants, and service delivery leads to ensure the successful implementation of the Catalyst roadmap, smooth transitions from markets, and consistent performance tracking across clusters.

This is a high-visibility role ideal for planning professionals who are passionate about process excellence, change leadership, and cross-market collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Leadership

  • Lead the execution of Project Catalyst’s SC Planning roadmap across EMEA capability centers.

  • Drive digitization, standardization, and automation of integrated planning processes.

  • Ensure alignment with global transformation strategy and consultant recommendations.

Process Harmonization & Operational Excellence

  • Identify and remove duplicative planning tasks across markets and Business Units.

  • Support the transition of planning activities into capability centers with minimal impact.

  • Build consistent, scalable processes that enable planners to make value-added decisions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with EY consultants, Global Transformation, and CCC Service Delivery leads.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional workstreams to support integrated execution.

  • Bridge market diagnostics with end-state design and ensure alignment across teams.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver ongoing updates to executive leadership on roadmap progress and value delivery.

  • Manage cluster-level reporting, insights, and communication of transformation impacts.

  • Monitor results from continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.

Capability Building & Change Adoption

  • Strengthen planning capabilities within the centers through coaching and knowledge sharing.

  • Support consistency, decision-making speed, and resource optimization.

  • Contribute to building a sustainable planning excellence model across EMEA.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across cultures and geographies.
  • 7 - 8 years of strong experience in Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Planning, or E2E supply systems.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.

  • Proven track record in process improvement, transformation, or change leadership.

  • Solid understanding of production planning, optimization methodologies, and planning tools.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
