Calculation and presentation of the standard costs of the products to be produced in the annual budget and periodical estimation works. Preparation of variance estimates to be budgeted annually. PAP (cost saving projects) and KPI (production efficiency follow-up chart) among the variances to be budgeted are submitted together with the production.

Completion of SAP costing processes at month end closing.

Weekly and monthly reporting of variances between standard costs and realized costs and reporting to relevant departments. Preparation of budgeted and actual expenses reports and reporting to related departments. Tracking of the budgeted PAP and KPI and MANVAR's, and weekly regular information to the relevant departments.

Making the stock available by making cost estimations in opening new stock. To serve as a key user and trainer of the SAP CO module.
