Key Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of LVP manufacturing unit: project execution to commercial operations
• Oversee site readiness: utilities, HVAC, cleanrooms, equipment installation, validation
• Ensure cGMP & WHO-GMP compliance
• Manage production, QA/QC, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and HSE functions
• Implement SOPs, quality systems, documentation
• Conduct plant performance reviews & report metrics

Candidate Profile

Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield project execution

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy Minimum 15 years injectable manufacturing experience (preferably LVP)

Familiar with sterile production, FFS technology, non-PVC, glass LVP lines, utility

systems Strong leadership, decision-making, cross-functional coordination skills
