Report to: Manager - HR

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Contract Labour Management: Lead to contract supervisor, hiring contract manpower as per plant, maintain hiring records, upload employee data in attendance software, monitoring attendance on daily basis, solve attendance related queries of contract labour, prepare attendance and processing bills on monthly basis, verify the compliances regarding PF, ESIC, MLWF & PT.
  • Security Management: Hiring security employees as per requirements, maintain attendance, highly command & control on security team, checking of security attendance and processing bills on monthly basis.
  • Housekeeping Management: Hiring housekeeping employees as per requirement and train them as per company requirements, maintain cleanness and hygiene in plant and washrooms, maintain attendance and bill processing, ordering housekeeping materials as per requirement and bill processing with PO.
  • Canteen Management: Taking care of canteen facilities, food testing, canteen & kitchen audit on monthly basis, verify employee count and canteen count on daily basis, bill checking and processing and maintain records on monthly basis.
  • Transport Management: Plan transport for employees with schedule. monthly billing.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and celebrate employee birthday on monthly basis, support to celebrate safety week, annual functions.
  • Stationary & Pantry Management: Check aviability of stationary and pantry materials, issue stationary to staff and maintain records, processing bills.
  • Attendance & Time office: Checking attendance of employee in system, provide monthly attendance of plant, solve attendance related queries.
  • HR Activities: Support to HR activities like staff & blue-collar recruitment, MIS data of plant, other activities as per requirements.
