ey Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle
- Manage end-to-end HR activities at the plant including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance, and exit formalities.
- Maintain updated employee records and ensure accurate HR data management.
- Handle shift schedules, manpower planning, and daily attendance monitoring.
2. Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Maintain healthy industrial relations with contract and permanent workforce.
- Liaise with labour contractors and ensure adherence to all statutory compliances (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, etc.).
- Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and maintain cordial relations with workmen and unions (if applicable).
- Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports to government authorities.
3. Recruitment & Training
- Coordinate with HO for recruitment of plant-level positions (operators, technicians, engineers, etc.).
- Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programs for plant employees.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Drive engagement and welfare initiatives such as safety week, festivals, and recognition programs.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee canteen, transportation, uniform distribution, and other welfare facilities.
5. Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide feedback to department heads.
- Facilitate goal-setting and employee evaluation processes.
6. Administration
- Supervise security, housekeeping, and other administrative functions.
- Maintain coordination with vendors for services and supplies.
- Oversee time office, access control, and statutory documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance (Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA / MSW / PGDHRM in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
- Experience: 5–12 years in HR operations within a chemical / manufacturing / process industry
- Preferred: Experience in managing blue-collar workforce and exposure to plant-level HR administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
