Role Description

As a Plant In charge, He will be responsible for plant management, plant operations, operations management, production planning, and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience In Ready Mix Concrete.
• Plant Management, Plant Operations, and Operations Management skills
• Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations skills
• Experience in overseeing plant operations and managing production processes
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the building materials or manufacturing industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
