Plant Manager

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in Manufacturing Operations management
• Prior P&L responsibility for aerospace supplier operations

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA degree

• Lead efforts to continuously improve the division's competitive position, resulting in reduced turn time and cost
