This position " Plant Manager" will be based at Reap Battery , one of YEO’s dynamic subsidiaries.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Proven experience in factory maintenance and operations principles
  • Hands-on experience with planned maintenance programs (e.g., CMMS)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing technical, administrative, and logistics teams
  • Familiarity with Safe System of Work (SSoW), Risk Assessment, Permit-to-Work systems, and safety procedures
  • Experience in preparing and enforcing routine maintenance and repair standards
  • Subcontractor and supplier management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Visionary, solution-oriented, and team player
  • Ability to work horizontally with production and logistics departments


Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control teams
  • Implement and improve plant maintenance principles
  • Develop, monitor, and report planned maintenance programs
  • Coordinate with battery production, panel production, and warehouse & logistics teams to plan incoming work orders
  • Activate and enforce Permit-to-Work systems when required
  • Prepare, update, and ensure compliance with routine maintenance and repair standards
  • Actively participate in project management processes; plan meetings, attend, and follow up on decisions
  • Establish and monitor the implementation of the HSE Safe System of Work
  • Work closely with the HSE department and keep them informed in all planning stages
  • Report to the Project HSE Lead and maintain a dotted-line reporting to the Global HSE Manager
  • Manage administrative services (security, catering, cleaning, transportation, and personnel transfers)
  • Ensure compliance with safe onboarding procedures for personnel
  • Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for maintenance materials, PPE, and stock management
  • Direct, develop, and monitor the performance of technical and support teams
  • Collaborate horizontally with the production team to ensure interdepartmental coordination
  • Develop technical and administrative solutions aligned with the plant’s safety, quality, and efficiency goals
