Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

Proven experience in factory maintenance and operations principles

Hands-on experience with planned maintenance programs (e.g., CMMS)

Knowledge of project management methodologies

Minimum
15 years of experience
in managing technical, administrative, and logistics teams

Familiarity with Safe System of Work (SSoW), Risk Assessment, Permit-to-Work systems, and safety procedures

Experience in preparing and enforcing routine maintenance and repair standards

Subcontractor and supplier management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to work horizontally with production and logistics departments
Responsibilities
-
Manage electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control teams
-
Implement and improve plant maintenance principles
-
Develop, monitor, and report planned maintenance programs
-
Coordinate with battery production, panel production, and warehouse & logistics teams to plan incoming work orders
-
Activate and enforce Permit-to-Work systems when required
-
Prepare, update, and ensure compliance with routine maintenance and repair standards
-
Actively participate in project management processes; plan meetings, attend, and follow up on decisions

Establish and monitor the implementation of the HSE Safe System of Work
-
Work closely with the HSE department and keep them informed in all planning stages
-
Report to the Project HSE Lead and maintain a dotted-line reporting to the Global HSE Manager

Manage administrative services (security, catering, cleaning, transportation, and personnel transfers)

Ensure compliance with safe onboarding procedures for personnel
-
Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for maintenance materials, PPE, and stock management
-
Direct, develop, and monitor the performance of technical and support teams
-
Collaborate horizontally with the production team to ensure interdepartmental coordination
-
Develop technical and administrative solutions aligned with the plant’s safety, quality, and efficiency goals
