ABOUT THE JOB

Operations & Production:

• Direct daily operations of the F&B production facility, ensuring efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets.
• Oversee machinery, systems, and workflow changes to enhance productivity.
• Ensure focusing and achieving production targets and objectives.

Quality & Compliance:

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety (HSE), and food safety regulations (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Manage inspection systems and production reporting procedures.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs (labor, materials).
• Analyse P&Ls and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.

Supply Chain & Inventory:

• Plan, forecast, source, and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
• Reduce waste to the minimal and ensure reporting to management.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage production, kitchen, and maintenance teams.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on quality and efficiency.

Strategy & Improvement:

• Proactively seek new technologies and innovations to improve processes.
• Contribute to business development and new product initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

• +12 years proven excellent experience in F&B manufacturing and production management, especially in Meat, Chicken and/ or Sea Food; out of all, at least 8 years in a managerial related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, factory management or related field
• Excellent experience in working with R&D and a person who always think out of the box (new products manufacturing, new items creation, innovation of existing products and its enhancements…etc.).
• Results-oriented, proactive, passionate about food, strong ethical standards.
• Leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Data & budgeting analysis skills with strong knowledge of F&B safety, hygienic and production practices besides possessing an excellent operational excellency in all aspects of the plant/ factory.
