Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure excellent service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. This role works closely with brand, culinary, and support teams to drive performance, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across restaurants/outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations
- Monitor operational KPIs including sales performance, labor productivity, food cost, and waste control
- Lead, coach, and support restaurant managers and operations teams
- Coordinate with culinary, supply chain, finance, and HR teams to ensure operational alignment
- Support new store openings, pre-opening activities, and operational readiness
- Handle operational challenges, guest feedback, and incident resolution professionally
- Ensure brand standards, quality, and consistency are maintained at all times
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and service excellence
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
