RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Philip Morris Kuwait is looking for a B2B Manager to join the team. As a B2B Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Manager Commercial Planning.

B2B Manager role is responsible for driving commercial excellence in Kuwait by leading digital B2B initiatives, overseeing key commercial projects, and supporting the development and execution of commercial strategy. The position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve trade engagement, optimize execution, enhance customer experience and deliver sustainable growth in volume and profitability.


YOUR ’DAY TO DAY’:

  • Drive the continued digitization of trade interactions through innovative use of DTE and E-ordering platforms, expanding coverage and adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT to develop tools and work closely with Indirect Retail teams to ensure seamless implementation, while delivering data-driven reports to the Head of Function and regional team as per agreed cycles.
  • Manage the 3rd-party Logistics Service Provider to maintain high service levels, ensure stock availability, and enhance the online consumer experience.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills by overseeing all aspects of commercial projects in Kuwait and coordinating effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to achieve project objectives, including volume growth and profitability improvement.
  • Build a deep understanding of the SFP business to make informed resource allocation decisions and motivate B2C frontliners through an effective pay-for-performance plan.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—marketing, trade marketing, and field teams—to develop and implement marketing materials and plans aligned with brand voice and image.
  • Lead the B2B team (1 PM Executive & 2 BO Supervisors), set KPIs, and monitor career development and growth.
  • Track performance of new launches by preparing reports and sharing insights and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 08 years of experience mostly in multinational FMCG, with experience in Digital B2B, Sales and/or Marketing with minimum 02 years of managerial experience
  • Experience is working across multiple geographies is a plus
  • Strong analytical & project management skills
  • Candidate must be currently based in Kuwait
  • Fluent in both English & Arabic (Spoken & written)
