KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

· Own and achieve the monthly sales target (starting at 100,000 KD/month).

· Distribute targets among sales executives and monitor progress weekly.

· Personally support or lead key client accounts as needed.

· Enforce compliance with company rules, policies, and internal controls.

· Ensure no sales activities involve unauthorized discounts, unapproved promises, or misrepresentation of pricing and timelines.

· Ensure that all pricing, costing, and payment terms are managed exclusively by the Accounting Department.

· Ensure sales briefs submitted to accounting are accurate and complete.

· Communicate to clients that pricing is officially issued by Accounting only.

· Always protect the IMPRESS brand and reputation.

· Approve or reject clients and inquiries based on professional conduct, budget suitability, and potential long-term value.

· Ensure honest communication and clear expectations with clients.

· Personally oversee the resolution of client complaints and disputes to maintain satisfaction and trust.

· Maintain a structured sales pipeline from lead acquisition to production commencement.

· Eliminate unqualified leads early to focus resources effectively.

· Train and guide sales executives in product knowledge and client communication.

· Conduct weekly sales reviews and enforce reporting discipline.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the printing or service industry.

· Strong understanding of compliance and operational integrity in sales processes.

Skills

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.

· Ability to analyze data and sales metrics for decision-making.

· Proficient in CRM and sales management tools.
